Customer Requirement
Specialist projects expertise was required on AWE’s Business Transformation Programme, a greenfield Oracle implementation project with one of the largest footprints in Europe.
Solution
Projected provided strong and effective Oracle Projects focused skills to design the Oracle solution and its integration with Primavera P3e. Projected were completely integrated members of the team that successfully delivered a 17 module solution in 12 months.
AWE has implemented one of the largest integrated Oracle footprints in the UK. Projected Consulting worked within the project and are now a valued resource within the enduring Solution Centre. The open working relationship has resulted in the optimisation of effort and skills. This is in both technical resolution and the training of staff.

 Healthchecks and Issue Resolution

Customer Requirement
DML were having a number of issues with their Oracle Projects solution and asked Projected to advise on a number of areas including reconciliations and reporting.
Solution
Projected assessed the issues that DML were experiencing and provided recommendations to amend the configuration of the system, streamline processes and provided additional reporting capabilities to ensure the customer was confident in the data provided by the system.
Projected's experienced staff provided us with solutions to a number of business problems that we were experiencing with our Oracle Financials implementation. Their consultant provided particular value in getting Oracle Projects to be an accurate and reliable tool in our Project Cost Management tool set.
