DML were having a number of issues with their Oracle Projects solution and asked Projected to advise on a number of areas including reconciliations and reporting.

Solution

Projected assessed the issues that DML were experiencing and provided recommendations to amend the configuration of the system, streamline processes and provided additional reporting capabilities to ensure the customer was confident in the data provided by the system.

Projected's experienced staff provided us with solutions to a number of business problems that we were experiencing with our Oracle Financials implementation. Their consultant provided particular value in getting Oracle Projects to be an accurate and reliable tool in our Project Cost Management tool set.
