BAA have had ongoing training requirements from their first implementation, through an upgrade and business as usual training.

Solution

Projected have provided ongoing training delivery for BAA since 2001. This has covered training of the Projects Suite and also their bespoke Business Case Tool.

From 2001 to 2005 Projected Consulting and Andy Butchart in particular, provided BAA with high quality and value for money training and development services for their in-house capital planning and financial appraisal software. Andy's training skills and expert knowledge of Oracle systems, as well as his personal style of delivery, are amongst the best I have encountered. In my experience Andy has always delivered a high quality service, within cost and time constraints, and has a very helpful "can do" attitude to meeting client needs. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to future potential customers.
