Customer Requirement

Capgemini won the contract to implement an Oracle solution at AWE. The use of the Projects Suite was central to the solution footprint and Projected were approached to provide the specialist skills required to deliver the project.

Solution

Projected provided a number of consultants to work across the various Projects workstreams at all stages of the project lifecycle, from process & system design, configuration, testing through to training and end user support.

As a leading Implementation Partner of Oracle planning systems, Capgemini needs strategic partners to compliment their internal skillsets.  Projected provided very strong and effective Oracle Projects focused skills into a major MoD subcontractors Business Transformation Programme. The design of the Oracle solution and its integration with Primavera P3e was key to innovative high value designs which will underpin the long term success of the business. Projected were completely integrated members of the team that successfully delivered a 17 module solution in 12 months.
