Network Rail embarked on a considerable transformation programme involving a complete technology refresh of it core project delivery platforms.  This involved a considerable implementation of Oracles Project applications and an initial rollout to over 1100 people across the organisation.  Working in partnership with Oracle, Projected were able to deliver a complete training implementation solution, accelerated over a short period and delivering high quality classroom based events through out the UK. Further they continued to provide targeted, process specific events and consulting support in our key process areas and across our planning and ERP applications.
