Oracle Project Analytics is an end-to-end analytics solution that provides users with in-depth Business Intelligence relating to their Oracle Projects implementation. To help organisations take full advantage of this robust analytics architecture, Projected Consulting and Peak Indicators offer a comprehensive service to help you efficiently and successfully complete a rapid Phase I implementation of Project Analytics.

Our Project Analytics Quick-Start is a fixed price, rapid time-to-market service solution package that leverages best practices derived from our combined knowledge of both Oracle Projects and the Oracle BI Applications.

Implementation Approach

Experienced consultants from Projected Consulting and Peak Indicators will work with your business and key resources to:

  • Document your initial requirements
  • Install the application and configure it for a single language (English)
  • Deliver the out of the box Dashboards for analysis of:
    • Project Billing
    • Project Funding
    • Project Budgets
    • Project Profitability
    • Project Costs
    • Project Revenue
    • Project Forecasts
  • Extend the analytics repository (and ETL) for up to 30 simple field extensions from the Oracle E-Business Suite OLTP for two dimension tables
  • Extend the analytics repository (and ETL) for one new fact or dimension table
  • Develop an additional two Intelligence Dashboards to reflect customer-specific look and feel, with up to 16 new requests/reports
  • Implement authentication using out-of-the-box Analytics security.

The implementation team will also provide:

  • Knowledge transfer workshops covering topics such as implementation best practices and performance tuning
  • Facilitate Phase II planning and discovery workshops for future development.

Working Together

Before we start the project we will give you a scoping document setting out the tasks and pre-requisites that have to be jointly covered for a successful implementation.

  • Providing dedicated suitably qualified and experienced resources for the duration of the project
