Implementation Approach

Experienced consultants from Projected Consulting will work with your business and key resources to:

  • Install and configure Project Management (PJT)
  • Work with you to deliver an entry-level production Project Management (PJT) system as an addition to your Oracle Projects Solution
  • Set up a Conference Room Pilot using entry-level functionality
  • Use Conference Room Pilot workshops to refine the base configuration to your business needs.

Business Processes and Application Modules

This offering is to extend your existing processes and configuration to view your data with Project Management (PJT) and use entry-level standard functionality within the module.

You will need to have implemented Oracle Financials, Oracle Project Costing and/or Project Billing.

Working Together

Before we start the project we will give you a scoping datasheet setting out the tasks that have to be jointly covered for a successful implementation.

The areas covered include:

  • Agreement to accept the Project Management (PJT) scope
  • Providing dedicated suitably qualified and experienced resources for the duration of the project
  • Executive sponsorship and support for the Project
  • Keeping within the agreed timescale
  • Pre-requisite Oracle Financials and Oracle Project Costing and/or Project Billing implementation
  • Ensuring the correct level of Oracle Licenses are in place.
